CANCELLATION POLICY- You can cancel up to 45 days before departure with a full refund, there will be no refund for cancellations within 45 days of departure, a no show is considered a cancellation.

All rooms are double occupancy.

You must be 18 years of age and have either a valid US passport or a valid photo ID showing residency and a birth certificate. Please visit State Department website for updates on requirements as they may require a valid passport only in the near future. If you are not a US Citizen please check with your consulate to determine if you need a visa to enter Canada.

We are not responsible for any delays due to traffic, weather, or mechanical difficulties. Triangle Treks acts solely as an agent in arranging restaurant, hotel accommodations, attractions, and other services. It does not assume any liability for injury, delay, damage, loss, or accident due to any act, negligence, or default of any person or company rendering services on any tour. Triangle Treks also reserves the right to refuse to transport a person or persons under the influence of intoxicating liquor or drugs, or who is incapable of taking care of him or herself, or whose conduct is such, or likely to be such, as to make him or her objectionable to other passengers.
